A wonderful visit to Adamas University, Kolkata, today, alongside Ms. Ekta Saha, Administrator, Sankara Nethralaya Elite School of Optometry (SNESO), Kolkata. It was a pleasure interacting with the bright undergraduate students, inviting them to the 1st Dr SSB Memorial Optometry Scientific Session on 23rd March 2025 at our SNESO New Town Rajarhat Campus. Meeting Mr. Pablo Chandra, Head of the Department, and his wife, Ms. Ipsita Chakraborty, who is also a faculty member, was truly heartwarming. Seeing Ms. Ipsita, my past student, now shaping young minds with such dedication fills me with immense pride. The remarkable progress of the department under their leadership is inspiring.
